The hotel was safe and exceptionally friendly, and the staff were helpful, appreciated the excellent location very close to restaurants and shops super close as well and the center and old city.

The location here is amazing, situated in a fantastic area. the room I booked online was just as expected - spacious and modern, with a great shower. I really liked that! 🌟

The room was extremely spacious, I truly enjoyed it, and it had iron and ironing board, a work desk, and a TV. There was a walk-in shower, a plus for me. - the hotel was set in a very central area very close to a tram stop and a train station, and several nearby restaurants.

The venue is set in a very central position, just a short walk to the center of Krakow and the main railway/bus station. the location is in a nice area.

The bed here is super comfy, the bathroom is spotless, and there's a TV with tons of channels. You also get a fridge and a nice little dining spot right in the room. 🛏️ Great spot to be close to cool bars and restaurants too!

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and newly renovated. The kitchen was well-equipped and the double-glass windows provided excellent insulation. The staff were friendly and communication was efficient. The location was great, with easy access to transportation and a short walk to the city center. We also loved the extra bedroom that was decorated for kids.

Helpful staff. Requested more toilet roll and fresh towels and it was granted. Nice garden outside, but needs maintenance. Ideal location, 15-minute walk to main square, less than 5 minutes to Kazimierz. Clean apartments with basic amenities. Early check-in was a pleasant surprise. Luggage storage available. Great first lady with blonde hair.
